The race for who should replace Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos
State come 2015 is
about to get very interesting
as Mrs
Dupe Onitiri-Abiola, one of the wives of late Chief MKO Abiola, has
announced her bid to contest the governorship seat in Lagos State in the
next general elections.
Mrs Onitiri-Abiola while making her governorship ambition known, says
she now has “all the formula to solve unemployment, electricity
and education problems plaguing Lagos state”.
The woman who appears to be serious with her move, has not revealed the political party she would contest
on. She is still studying the existing parties and would make her choice known by February 2014.
Will Lagosians vote for Onitiri-Abiola? I guess only time will tell.
