Judging by the size of her new boyfriend one could argue she doesn’t need any self-defense, but Kelly Brook appeared to be polishing her defensive skills at a one-to-one class in Los Angeles on Friday.
The model and actress has enjoyed a protracted stay in the United States with current beau David McIntosh, a former Gladiator and personal fitness trainer.
But the hunk was nowhere in sight as Kelly pulled on her gym kit for a spot of self-defence training with a female companion.

The 34-year-old looked focussed as she practiced her punching and kicking techniques while sporting a pair of garish pink trainers

 

A bright them was continued courtesy of her pink and black vest, while her hair remained toed back in a loose ponytail for the duration of her class.

Kelly was joined by a male assistant who looked on from the side-lines, occasionally offering the busty star some pointers throughout the session.

Her latest outing comes the morning after a romantic night out with David at West Hollywood club 1 OAK on Thursday evening. 
The pair clutched each others hands as they walked into the 1 OAK nightclub, while the glamour model showed off her incredibly trim pins.
Turning heads in a floral minidress, Kelly couldn't stop smiling as she tottered after her hunky man in black,  skyscraper stilettos.

The glamour model, who is enjoying an extended stay in the US while she shoots her latest swimwear collection for New Look, wasn't afraid to go short in her purple, patterned number.
Giving her ensemble a rocky edge, Kelly opted for a black leather jacket complete with long fringed sleeves.
While her hair was worn in loose waves over her shoulder, the brunette beauty finished with a gold, statement necklace and ever-glamorous red nails.

Former Gladiator star David kept his muscles hidden for once under a smart denim shirt, which he wore with a white T-Shirt and beige chinos.

At one point she seemed to be lagging behind him as they made their way up a slope, however he was spotted waiting patiently at the top. 
The 27-year-old revealed earlier this week that had been in Miami, where the pair were seen last week, to shoot his calender.

The stunning star seemed thrilled when her man carried her after she became a little exhausted.
They spent the rest of their jaunt  looking into each others' eyes and nuzzling up to one another in a PDA.
