Working out alongside a personal trainer, the dedicated TV personality developed a number one-selling fitness DVD, Vicky's 7-Day Slim.

And the star overhauled her diet, cutting out her late-night penchant for post-clubbing kebabs and heavy carbs.
Vicky put her sudden weight-gain down to the stress of her split from former Geordie Shore co-star fiance, Ricci Guarnaccio.
And she admitted she only realised how big she had got when the results of her wayward eating habits became clear for all to see when she was papped while on holiday in the Spanish holiday hotspot of Marbella last July.

She said: 'I was mortified. ‘I was so big I looked like I’d swallowed Ricci! I felt desperate, but I knew I had to do something about it for my own self-respect.'
And now Vicky claims to have a waist smaller than willowy supermodel Kate Moss, a tiny 24 inches compared to the Croydon-born clotheshorse's 26-inch middle.
She added: 'I’m absolutely thrilled. Six months ago I was shopping for cover-ups but now I’m in the best shape of my life.’
