She is already a mother several times over.
But clearly the novelty of impending labour hasn't worn off for Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona.
The 33 year-old posed for a picture with fiance George Kay on Sunday which illustrated how close she is to becoming a mother for the fifth time.

Wearing a white, waffle-effect dress, the reality TV contestant was pictured getting ready to attend the Dancing On Ice finale.
Taking to Twitter in excitement, she wrote: 'On our way to @dancingonice @mrgsjkay can't wait to see all the team.' She then added: 'Love you @mrgsjkay xxxx,'.
Judging by the picture, Kerry could well give birth at any moment.

When the ITV show finished the two continued their mutual appreciation society online.
'@KerryKatona7 love you more baby! Had a legend time at the last ever DOI.. Fantastic night with my soulmate xxx,' George said.
'What a wonderful night we had @dancingonice @mrgsjkay was so great to see everyone... What an amazing last show xxx,' the 33-year-old replied.

While Kerry is already a mother of four, this will be the first child for George, and the Atomic Kitten star admitted her beau was overcome with emotion when the pair had their first 4D baby scan.
She said: 'We were both speechless and were like, "Oh my God, that’s our baby right there on the screen." She was so life-like, it was weird.
'George's eyes watered, yes! It just made us really excited and we were like, "My God, we’re really having a baby!" It still doesn’t seem real.'
Kerry also spoke about her and George's upcoming nuptials, admitting they have moved the date from August to later in the year.
She added: 'I’ve spoken to David Gest, he’s officiating and bringing over one of his big Hollywood stars to sing for us. Blue are coming and all The Big Reunion lot – it’ll be amazing.'
