Former Miss Universe Australia Renae Ayris left little to the imagination during a sexy workout with her personal trainer in Rushcutters Bay Park on Wednesday morning.
The 23-year-old and trainer to the stars Alexa Towersey put themselves through their paces with a grueling routine of lunges, squats and sit-ups.
The two blondes looked like sisters as they showed off their fit bodies in matching exercise tights and colourful crop-tops.

After a hard run along the waterfront, the exercises got more intense as Ayris hopped on Towersey's back and was carried a short distance.
It's no secret how the model maintains her bikini body, with the Perth-born beauty not slacking off when it came to putting in the hard yards.
In an interview with Popsugar she said having an organised diet was key, but 'snacks are my weakness'.

'I bullet proof my diet by leaning towards healthier options,' she told the site.
'I love rice paper rolls because they settle my hunger between main meals and workouts. They’re also great when you’re on the go.'
She's also a big fan of sipping coconut water between meals, calling it 'nature’s own sports drink'.

A former dancer, Ayris first burst on to the scene in 2012 after winning Miss Universe Australia.
She went on to place fourth overall at the world competition in the US
She also appeared on Channel Seven's short-lived reality series Celebrity Splash which aried in 2013.
