It was a big night for the acting world on Sunday, as the cinematic community came together to celebrate the brightest stars of them all from the past year of film.
But for some newcomers to the acting world like Rita Ora, it was an opportunity to introduce themselves to Hollywood’s glitterati.
The British singer arrived in stylish fashion, wearing a low-cut cream lace dress, showing off her jewel-encrusted bra underneath, as she posed outside the Vanity Fair post-Oscars party.

She was in good company at the event, with fellow musicians Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Sky Ferreira, Selena Gomez and Brits Suki Waterhouse, Sienna Miller and Tom Sturridge in attendance.
But no doubt Rita wanted to use the opportunity to rub shoulders with producers, directors and casting agents who could help her make a bigger break into Hollywood.

Homage: Ora certainly seemed to channeling the old school vintage glamour of her namesake Rita Hayworth
Mia: Rita will play the younger sister of Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) in the big screen adaption of author E. L. James' bestselling erotic trilogy
Ora will play Mia, the younger sister of kinky businessman Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) who pursues the virginal college student Anastasia Grey (Dakota Johnson) in the first instalment of the romance trilogy.
The film, directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, wrapped last week and Rita is confident the world will jump to see it next year on Valentine’s Day.
Opportunity: The fledgling actress, who filmed her first major role in Fifty Shades Of Grey recently, will meet Hollywood's biggest producers and filmmakers at the party
Making moves: The singer won't be giving up her singing career, but it is likely she'll want to follow up her big screen role in another high-profile film
Ora trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre School but has said her move into the acting world won’t mean the end of her singing career.
‘Singing is where it all began for me,’ she told Ahlan!: ‘I love it and without doing that first I would never have managed to get anything else. I enjoy everything I do, but in five years’ time I will still be singing, that I promise you. I will never stop singing.’
