As if there wasn't enough at stake when Canada take on the USA in the Winter Olympics ice hockey semi-finals on Friday, a cheeky billboard has upped the ante.
A company in Illinois has taken out advertising space suggesting that the loser of Friday's clash will have to 'keep' Justin Bieber.
The Canadian-born pop star lives in California but in light of recent controversies, neither country is particularly keen to have him.
Wager: A billboard jokes that the loser of the USA's match with Canada 'keeps' Justin Bieber
Bieber, 19, recently pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.
A petition was sent to the White House demanding he was deported to his country of birth.
Canada and the United States will meet in a rematch of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic final won by the Canadians on a golden goal from Sidney Crosby.
The other semi-final is also a gold-medal rematch with Finland and Sweden facing off just as they did in the 2006 Turin final won by the Swedes.
Winning: Phil Kessel (left) scores as the USA head for victory against the Czech Republic in the last eight
Marching on: The USA celebrate their quarter-final win and now face Canada for a place in the gold medal match
'You have an opportunity right now to make memories for the rest of your life. That's just what this is about.'
Certainly there will be no mysteries surrounding either contest with players, coaches and fans keenly aware of what each team will bring to the rink.
Every player on the American and Canadian rosters earn a living in the National Hockey League and in many cases are team-mates who will return to the same locker rooms next week to continue their Stanley Cup quests.
Presence: Canada's netminder Carey Price stands between the USA and a guaranteed medal
