And it appears that TOWIE's Jasmin Walia refuses to stray from that even when completing a grueling exercise regime.
The 23 year-old reality TV personality was seen out in Essex on Saturday morning wearing skimpy workout gear - and nothing else - despite the plunging temperatures currently affecting the UK.

Specifically, she could be seen running through a local forest with steep inclines to vary levels of difficulty. But it's unlikely that she pushed herself too hard.
Wearing full make-up her hair in a loose side-parting, the TV star barely broke a sweat.

Despite this, she completed various stretches to warm up and cool down, showing off her toned tummy along the way.
Taking to Twitter earlier in the day, it seems that Jasmin's public burst of exercise was designed to off-set the sins of her party plans for the weekend.

The brunette completes a number of stretches as she works out in EssexJasmin won't be looking to meet any men on the party circuit as it seems she has recently undertook the first steps of a new romance.
She was recently spotted outside an Essex pub with a handsome man, who lifted her off the ground in a seemingly-romantic gesture.
Sadly, Jasmin hasn't had much success in the show with romancing her co-stars, as she was recently turned down on screen by TOWIE hearthrob Dan Osborne.
The male model let Jasmin Walia down gently, telling her they couldn't start dating, despite their flirty friendship.

After Jasmin told him they had a lot of 'sexual chemistry', he replied: 'Really? I do like you but I think we should leave it as friends.
'You're a bit of a wild one. I like to stay at home... The flirting stops now.'
Jasmin, who has previously worked as an actress and in a bank, told the MailOnline that she would never dream of leaving the reality show, as she enjoyed the dramatic nature of it.
She said: 'In the last series there was a lot of tension between me and the girls, but no I would never quit TOWIE ! I love it so much, I like drama, I love it!'
