The 23-year-old TOWIE star, who was diagnosed with the inflammatory bowel disease after suffering a mystery illness for six weeks, put on a brave face as she joined her elder sibling in toasting her fiance Greg Shepherd's birthday at Alec's restaurant in Brentwood, Essex.
