And Sam Faiers displayed the full extent of her shocking weight-loss as she stepped out with her pregnant sister, Billie, on Thursday night.
The 23-year-old TOWIE star, who was diagnosed with the inflammatory bowel disease after suffering a mystery illness for six weeks, put on a brave face as she joined her elder sibling in toasting her fiance Greg Shepherd's birthday at Alec's restaurant in Brentwood, Essex.

Although there's no denying the pretty reality star looked lovely in her black, semi-sheer, shoestring-strap midi-dress, Sam was looking slimmer than ever as the effects of the shake diet she has been prescribed with by medical experts took their toll.

 

Wearing her long blonde locks scraped back off her face into a high ponytail, the fashion boutique owner's high cheekbones were more pronounced than usual, while her arms and decolletage looked particularly slender.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star accessorised her pretty party dress with a metallic quilted leather handbag by Chanel, which she teamed with matching towering stiletto heels.

Sam completed her ensemble with a simple gold pendant, large diamond earrings and low-key make-up to accentuate her naturally striking features.

Meanwhile, Sam's sister Billie - who is around 21 weeks pregnant - looked every inch the yummy mummy to be as she showcased her neat baby bump in a form-fitting red dress.
