Cristiano Ronaldo had to sit out Real Madrid's 3-0 victory against Elche on Saturday, but at least his girlfriend was in action.

Model Irina Shayk posed in a blue dress as she celebrated the opening of Roberto Cavalli's new store which launched during Milan Fashion Week on Saturday. 

The 28-year-old has modelled for the Italian fashion designer in the past.

Ronaldo's side Madrid eased past Elche on Saturday afternoon, with Gareth Bale scoring a screamer from 25 yards at the Bernabeu.

However, the Portuguese Champions League winner was suspended for the match as he was sent off against Athletic Bilbao at the start of the month. 
He is expected to return to the starting line-up at Schalke on Wednesday in Real's Champions League last-16 first-leg.
