Miley Cyrus Responds to Matt Peterson’s (Naked) Prom Invitation

We’ve seen some elaborate prom-posals in our day. Some involved singing; some involved flash mobs; some even involved Pokemon. However, one of the latest by HS teen Matt Peterson went above the usual song-and-dance for his idol, Miley Cyrus. So of course she responded!
In case you haven’t seen the video, which was posted on YouTube on January 31, Matt exclaims, “Miley, I have been a fan of yours from the beginning. You’ve changed my life, and I want to repay you by giving you the best night of your life. In order to do that, allow me to take you to my Prom on May 3, 2014. I promise you, we will have a great time. And after our first encounter, I won’t cry on your dress. I hope you will tell me yes when I’m sitting with roses in the 6th row at your BANGERZ tour in Phoenix on Febuary 27th!”
The elaborate part? The 17-year-old goes from sporting a Team Miley shirt to stripping down naked carrying only a foam finger — a la Miley’s at the 2013 MTV VMAs — and a bouquet of roses. Here was Miley’s reaction:
